SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping is available for orders delivered to residential or commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. For items that require freight delivery, Lift Gate curbside service is included at no additional charge. Please note that freight (LTL) shipping does not include inside delivery.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will begin processing on the next business day. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or in the event of warehouse closures.
Some products may be temporarily back-ordered. If so, your order may experience a brief delay in shipping.
We strongly recommend that you do not schedule installation or replacement services until your product has been delivered and inspected.
Transit Times
Transit time begins once your order has left the warehouse, not when the order is placed. All shipments are handled by third-party carriers. While we work to process and ship orders promptly, we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery, Inspection and Transit Policy
Upon delivery, it is your sole responsibility to visually inspect the boxes or items for damage and confirm the number of boxes or items received matches the delivery receipt.
Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect items must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to us within 2 business days by emailing info@thehvacspot.com. We reserve the right to deny any claim if it is not reported within this 2-day window.
Returns Process
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. To begin the return process, you must contact us at info@thehvacspot.com to request a return shipping label. We will not accept returns shipped without a return label provided by us.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, including the original box, all materials, and any included components. For LTL (freight) shipments, the item must be returned on the original pallet used for delivery.
