RETURN POLICY

Effective: May 15, 2025            

You may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund subject to a 15% restocking fee and the other conditions set forth in this policy. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thehvacspot.com to request a return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the original box, along with all documentation and components. For LTL (freight) shipments, the item must be returned on the original pallet used for delivery. We will not accept returns shipped without a return label provided by us. Additionally:

• Your product must be free from damage and in a resalable condition
• Your product must not have been installed
• You provide us a valid receipt or proof of your purchase of the product from us

Items marked as Refurbished, Open-box, Scratch and Dent, Clearance, or Overstock may not be returned.

• 7-10 business days to process refund once the item is confirmed received
• Restocking Fee: 15 %

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of products after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Return Policy.
