We are providing this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020) and its implementing regulations. and any terms defined in the CCPA will have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Only you, or a person acting as an agent (once we are provided with sufficient information to confirm that you authorized that person to act on your behalf) can make a request related to your personal information. Making a request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will acknowledge Your Right to Know or Your Right to Deletion within 10 days of receiving your request. We will strive to respond to your request with the information you want to know or the detail of the information that we have deleted, within forty-five (45) days of receipt of your initial request. If we require more time, we will explain why, and the additional time needed. If we cannot comply with your request, we will explain why.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Opt-Out Rights
